Venting is venting is as venting does. The words have to come out of the noggin in order to make space for the rational thoughts! I took a book out of the library yesterday on forgiveness. Say what you will, but it helped. Just because I don't have to condone a behaviour or action but I have to move past it. Bitterness is ugly and destructive and I have so many things that are so good in my life, my little house being one of them. The biggest obstacle here is Griff. I miss him so much and because of this situation I feel he's being illusive. How are your sprogs? Alex must be huge. [mattsgirl]
